I think I got this idea from Jim Seamans. Raising the bar prevents the shrouds from getting hung up on the
crutch uprights. Also, adding a better roller makes pushing the mast back much easier during raising
operations. Of course, make sure the mast is tied down well so the mast does not jump out of the
crutch when towing.
